The editing of this video is really good and creative, I enjoy the bit where it goes back through what happened in the video in fast pace. There is controlled use of camera and a variety of shots used. I would score this video at 36/40 it is therefore in band 4. The reason this video didn't score full marks was because the lip syncing was poor at times.
The Growlers- Dull boy
This video is clever at the beginning and throughout when you see the different colours used, the narrative is also good and it is easy to understand what is going on. There is a good variety of different locations and good editing. It looks as though the song is the performer song so he pulls of the performance. However the lip syncing could be improve in some sections. I scored this video 35/40 because of the reason stated above.
Alleyways- Fast in my car
This video included a really strong performance by the main singer which increased the mark vastly, the lip syncing was always in time and she is a natural performer. However some of the shots didn't have great lighting which didn't help them with editing. For example in the fire section you can hardly see them. I scored this video 36/40.
Bad Romance
This video attempts to be better than the original music video for Bad Romance but the lip syncing and performance is poor. It was creative but peculiar, I scored this video 20/40 because it didn't reach the requirements of band 3.
