Merchandise Research

In order for our website to be successful we needed to include a merchandise page so that our brand image and persona would be spread around, making our artist well-known. We researched other artist's merchandise so that we would know what the most common items for sale are, the prices, sizes and delivery information. Below is a video showing Ellie Goulding's, Ariana Grande's, Sia's and Zara Larsson's merchandise. 

From researching their merchandise we have found that the most common items are t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, posters and hoodies. We have taken into account that we are new artist so our products will be priced lower than big stars like Ariana Grande.

Shipping and Returns 

Below is the main information from the artist's website's about shipping and returns. This will help us when deciding what our returns policy will be and how much/how fast delivery will be. 

Ellie Goudling and Zara Larsson: 

Domestic Home Delivery: 3-5 business days

Standard Overnight and 2-Day orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order is placed.

International Priority orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after order is placed.

Postage and packaging is an additional £3.50

Returns Zara Larsson:

Goods that are faulty or do not fit must be returned to the address below within 14 working days of the item being received by the customer.If you want to return an item for exchange or refund at no fault of Sandbag - Please return to the address above confirming why. As no fault lies with Sandbag, shipping charges to re-send the exchange will be approximately £2.00 (dependant on location & weight of product)

Returns Ellie Goulding:

- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. 

- Exchanges are at the discretion of management.- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
